This is the notes from the discussion that took place at camp, 4:00p.m.

Dylan wrote up most of the notes, but I'm adding a few details as I type them in.

Issues:
Construction:
* insulation for walls
* doors
* carbon monoxide indicator
* another window
* need a ceiling
* subflooring

Review of planned events:
Wednesday:
City Council Meeting
* non-disruptive
* signs allowed (outside)
* possibility maybe of someone speaking during question period, maybe, if there is a question period.

Saturday:
* March to Bell Park
* family games / hot chocolate

Peripheral issues / suggestions
- need more signs and people present by the roadway.
- need to print more flyers, information pamphlets, 8.5 x 11 inch posters.
- need people to contact the teacher's unions, hospital employee unions, etc, to see if we can get their support.
- need to approach local businesses, unions, ocap, churches, social support centers, schools, universities / colleges, professors, etc and request an official statement of support, to be released to the press in conjuction with a "call to action on behalf of Greater Sudbury"
