What we need!

Let's make this a sticky where we can post what we need down at the site. At this moment I am not sure exactly what is lacking, but I will try and update this as often as needed.

One thing that has made it's round through all the occupy sites is the SPUDS FOR BUDS!

**Please stick # potatoes wrapped in tin foil into the oven for an hour and a half before leaving and bake on 325F. These make great hand and pocket warmers for when it gets colder and is a good source of nourishment! If you don't have time to cook them, drop them off. If you live locally come by and pick them up! We are also helping to feed the homeless!**

Daily hot meals are always needed and appreciated. More tarps, blankets, mittens, hats and anything else to keep warm is much needed as the weather continues to drop.

-Real dishes (forks, knives, spoons, plates, bowls, eatery and non-plastic items for reusing instead of throwing out much garbage
-Propane
-Kerosene
-Cookware (pots, pans, frying pans, warmers)
-Fold up portable tables and chairs
-Healthy raw foods (not precooked soups etc but rather the ingredients to make food on spot)
-Styrofoam sheets for insulation and walls
-Tarps and wall materials to block wind and weather and maintain heat
-Big signs and materials for signs (markers etc)
-Cards/Games/books
-Cell phone for use on site only with a charger

***WINTER GEAR!!!***

Winter is approaching and we will be in need of:
Winterizing equipment
rakes
shovels
tarps
heating equipment

Fold up chairs and tables are also needed for our media tent!

We still need help getting power at the site as a generator will be costly. We need power to start making copies of our flyers and information so we can make it available at the site!

Hi,

Just wondering where you would like the stuff dropped off from your list? Do we look for someone specific or just go to the main tent and drop everything off there?

You can pop by the main tent for drop off's. The people working in the kitchen would most likely be able to get someone who can help you bring it in (if you're looking for someone specific). Ask around for Dylan, Dave, Adam, Kayla, Cait, Tammy, or Rob (sorry if I failed to forget names).
